Prayer Chain

This is a faithful group of parishioners who intercede, in total confidence, for those in need.

2017 PRAYER CHAIN REPORT

Studies have shown that healing is enhanced by prayer, whether known or unknown by the recipient for whom the prayer is made.

The Prayer Chain at Holy Trinity is composed of a small group of parishioners who commit to daily prayer for those who are referred. The majority of requests come from parishioners asking for prayers for themselves, a relative or a friend, and all are kept in strict confidence.

Our rector, Rev. Neil Gray, is advised of referrals and most are on the list of the “Prayers for the People’ during worship.  Anyone who wishes prayers for someone can contact me, and your request is shared with the other intercessors.  When all have received the request, the last person advises me and I am aware the chain is completed.

If this is a ministry that you would be interested in joining, you would be most welcome to become one of our intercessors.  You can contact me at 604-531-4622.

Respectfully submitted,
Mary McDougall
